Common questions
Why is there a Pro plan at all?
AI scanning, cloud storage and push reminders cost real money to run. The Pro plan covers those operating costs and removes the free tier limits. Free is genuinely free regardless. No card, no trial, no catch.
What does Free actually include?
Twenty certificates, three AI scans, expiry reminders and one-tap portfolio sharing. Plenty for green crew getting started. If you never upgrade, that is fine.
Can I upload documents without AI scanning them?
Yes. Manual uploads have always been unlimited on every plan. The three-scan limit on free applies only to AI reading. You can type in details yourself for as many certs as you like.
Is my data safe?
Stored in EU data centres, encrypted at rest and in transit, GDPR compliant. Your certificates are yours. We do not sell data or use your documents to train AI models.
